Pilates Classes in Derby

 

Both classes are beginners classes, but would also be suitable for those with some Pilates experience.  Booking in advance is essential for either class as numbers are limited. For further information on either class or to check availability please call Louise on 01332 346760 or 07954 341120.

 

Small group classes (maximum 4-5 per class) are held on Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's during the daytime.  All small group classes are held at Highfield Chiropractic Clinic on Kedleston Road in Derby.  Fees for small group classes are £63 for a 6 week block of classes, payable in advance.

It is essential that prior to attending a class you complete a PAR-Q physical assessment form, which can be downloaded online HERE. This can either be returned to Louise prior to starting your chosen class or brought with you to your first session.
